RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your item as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Returns postmarked after the 7-day period will NOT be accepted. The date you receive the item(s) will be counted as Day 1.
Items returned should be unworn, still tagged, unused, unwashed, free of marks, markup, perfumes, deodorant and animal hair. All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria.
Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item if it is available, or be issued store credit towards a new item. We DO NOT offer cash or credit/debit refunds.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE returning your item(s). We refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, we will process your exchange/store credit within 2-3 business days.
Buyer is responsible for ALL return & exchange shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, please contact us or email email@example.com within 3 days so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, including item(s) purchased with a discount code.
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense without notice.
